[Johnson] Need "resting" plate current of Ranger/Ranger II

>From what I can find in the manual (available from
BAMA http://bama.sbc.edu/ ) is that between 35 and 40
mA should show on the plate meter. However, this is
NOT actually the plate current to the 6146 but is the
standby current drawn by the clamp tube.
However, I didn't go through the entire manual,
stopped when I found this reference.
