[Johnson] Manual For 6N2 Thunderbolt.

I have come across an operating manual for a Viking 6n2 Thunderbolt
Amplifier, Model 240-362-1/2  It looks complete  but a little rough(a couple
of "loose" pages, hand written notes etc). I recall someone on the list
having a website with scanned manuals, do you need this one?
