Many thanks to all those who offered such invaluable advice on the 
removal of my Navigator's almost frozen Jackson Drive in order to clean 
it and relubricate it.  It's working great now.  Special thanks to Dee 
Almquist and Bill Cotter whose expertise translated into wonderfully 
thorough, detailed procedures from beginning to end.  Tom (W4UOC) and 
Dr. Clifford Coleman also shared their insights, which were very helpful 
as well.  If there's any interest, I can write up a procedure distilled 
from the comments of the gentlemen above and my recent experience as a 
complete and utter "novice" under the hood of a Viking Navigator.

It feels great to have it finished and working smooooooooooooooth!
