Indeed. It has the 6146 sockets tacked in, no case at all, and many other 
mods just haywired into place.  An 0A2 regulator is suspended by the leads 
to the socket under the chassis.

But I have worse:
A Hammarlund HQ-145 and an HQ-150 with all the tube components removed and 
replaced with "dead-bug" style solid state circuitry.  Cabinets spray 
painted with Red White and Blue stripes.  (gag.. sob...)
