Very interesting Don & Bob! At first I thought it could have been Millen's attempt at trying to get some post war BC-221 business, but the tube count is WAY off, and as you mentioned Bob, it looks very similar to the 91501 receiver. Good mystery!

I’ve never seen one but the dial and buttons sure look like this! (501 receiver)

Also of note are some similarities to items incorporated into their two ham receivers that were advertised a year later, but that also never made it to formal production. I can't imagine this was a low cost item!
