After replacing both broken 1/4? shaft couplers and two broken ceramic standoffs I discovered the five position bandswitch looks like a CBer tried to run 10KW into an antenna with a high SWR. Anyway two contacts (common and 10 meters) are toast so I?m looking for a bandswitch. If I can?t find one I?ll have to try replacing the contacts so I?m looking for a parts donor.
Note: I have two of these tuners. One is serial #550. It has a different (improved) switch compared to the problem unit which is #314. Of course I?d prefer to find the improved switch.
Thank you,

Hi Brian:
At some point in the company's existence, they made high power rotary switches. I've seen them rarely on eBay. Sadly, I cannot find any trace of the switches in Millen documentation. My Millen master data book is a 1959 edition, but does not have any switches, nor do any of the catalogs I have. Perhaps one of the other members has the info. What I don't know is what they were rated at, but the eBay photo I saw did look similar to the switch in the 92200 I have here, #646.
Surplus Sales of Nebraska has some B&W 6 position wafers available, but it's impossible to tell if they would fit or be adequate.
Good luck with project,
73, George - W1LSB
