Hi Bill:
The complete manual is on the JMS web site; that should start you off. As for the coils, the manual does list what's required for grid and plate for each band, however they are hard to find. The good news is that the Millen coils can be duplicated with some effort. The better news is that I have a full set of all coils from 20M through 2M and can photograph anything you might want to try to fabricate. I suspect you would be able to scale the 20M coil designs to work on 40M, but it would take some amount of cut and try.
Your small mystery box exciter & mod sounds interesting!

Subject: [JMS] Millen 90811 Amp
Good Morning Everyone!
New to the society. I picked up a 90811 Amp that appears to be all there.
does anyone have information about the Amp. I have the manual and Schematic but need information about coils power supply hook up and also it came with what appears to be a modulator and exciter in a small box with crystal holder.
Any help in everyday use and any other information would be great. Also could this amp be stretched to work 40 meters??
Cheers
