You might try an email to Ralph H Jannini IV the son of Ralph Jannini 
(SK) the old owner of James Millen Electronics (appears he reads the 
emails to his father's old email address).  In 2016 they posted on the 
Millen Facebook page they found five more of the 90831 chassis.  I built 
my 90831 using one of those chassis in the early 2000's 
(http://www.isquare.com/millen/Articles/mnstncfg.pdf) in my Millen 
station.  Maybe Ralph IV may know where those unbuild chassis are located.
