Thanks Don,
Reading your mail I went back and checked, and I am actually talking about the 90800 exciter, not the 90801.
Thanks,
Mike

Subject:Fwd: coil info
Hey JMS gang. Mike (Mike.DeHaan at qorvo.com<mailto:Mike.DeHaan at qorvo.com>) sent me the email below but I figured it would be best to send it to the whole group as I'm a bit busy at the moment. Your recommendations are appreciated.
Mike, I do know that the 90801 exciter has NO plug-in coils as it is band switched from the front panel. True it has coils on the inside, but they are not the plug-in style.
BTW - Mike is a JMS member so he should see your replies here on the reflector as well.
Thanks all es 73,
Don N9OO
Hi Don,
I'm organizing my coils, and was hoping you could confirm something for me:
90801 Exciter uses 430X1 coils?
43011, 43021,43041, 43081, 43161
90881 uses both 430X2 and 420XX coils?
43012, 43022, 43042, 43082, 43162
And
42010, 42015, 42020, 42040, 42080, 42160
-are there any other band dependent coils in either of these pieces of equipment?
Thanks,
Mike
