I think the seller is Tom French who is a fairly prominent key collector, though perhaps not as active now as he once was. Tom has sold lots of early National and Millen ephemera in times past so it might be a good thing to keep an eye out for his sales.

These pins seem to show up on eBay every few years, or at least I know
've seen them before, and always at very high bid start prices.
lthough it would be great to own them I can't see myself ever paying
hat much. I'd rather invest in a National or Millen product, hi.
