Hi Jim,
I just have to say that your homebrew solution for making 90800 coils is really a neat way of doing it. My compliments!
After overcoming a few health problems, I am working once more on my Millen 812A Amp project. The HV power supply and modulator (pair of 811As) have been built and tested. I am going to drive the big Millen amp with a Ranger. I built an exact setup like that a few years ago Jim when I lived in PA. The Ranger audio is fed directly into the 811 grids. Just make sure that you add a 3000 ohm resister across the grids of the 811s in the modulator though. Really works! My best to the Millen gang!
