I saw the Millen rack there as well, I  visited John Kelly several times 
before his untimely passing away and remember  it being positioned in a display 
operating position in the huge walkout basement  radio museum in his Ashton, MD 
home. I was always astonished at his ability for  finding things and John was 
the friend of all who knew him. It is interesting to  note his latest interest 
just before he passed away was in finding and restoring  inexpensive two and 
three tube plug-in coil short-wave receivers such as  Doerle's and Thor's sold 
along NY's once well known Radio Row and advertised in  the back pages of 
Radio-Craft and Short-Wave Craft. John's call was N3GVF (great  vintage fun).
