[JMS] When was James Millen Born and when did he die?

Thanks Joe for taking the initiative to getting the answers.  Having the 
relatives in Malden is a blessing.  I looked at some of the internet 
sources for obtaining the local obituaries and naturally they all 
required some form of subscription fee.  So if your not in the town of 
interest nor doing such searches for a living then it's best having the 
local connections.

Thanks again.  I look forward to the results.
