[JMS] James Millen station on the air

I just chatted with Dennis on 75m AM. He was using his Millen station and 
sounded just great!
This should be an incentive for all you Millen guys to get that stuff 
restored and on the air!  Hi.
I'm almost done with mine which includes the following:

90881 amplifier
90801 exciter
90711 VFO
90831 modulator (speech amp)
90902 scope (for xmit)
90923 scope (for receive)
90281 HV supply (for exciter)
Homebrew HV for amplifier
Homebrew modulator for amplifier (not complete)
