[JMS] Millen's middle initial?

I forgot.  If anyone has Merrill W. Bancroft's email address or phone 
number perhaps we could get him to look at all those Millen documents he 
has for a middle initial.  I forget if I've asked him before.  Merrill 
has his diploma from Steven's Institute, old licenses and lot's of 
official documents.  If James had an initial it would turn up on one of 
those.  Heck he might even have his birth certificate.
