[JMS] Unable to access schematics

I hope this is a dumb question but I tried to get a
pdf download of Don Buska's Millen setup but was
greeted with a blank display on my webbrowser. Ditto
with trying to download any pdf schematics. 

Is there anything wrong? Apologies in advance if I
overlooked a post telling about this. Thanks.
