[JMS] Info on Gene Sims needed

Y'all,

I'm working on an article about the NTX-30 transmitter and NSM modulator for Electric Radio magazine.  The transmitter I have started out in life belonging to O. Eugene Sims, "Gene," who I understand was Jim Millen's personal assistant both at National and at the James Millen Company.  That is all that I know about Gene.  I would appreciate any more information about him that you might know.  For example, what was his call sign, where did he live, etc.
