I just looked though my Millen "Notes on Transmitter Design" book, and I 
can't find any good photos of JM there (although it's always fun to take a 
look at the photos of the crew doing the "Flying Wallendas" routine on the 
ladder tower!).
I know I've seen a portrait photo somewhere...probably an old QST or AWA 
Journal?
