[JMS] Voila! Front Panel Success

well fellows, this sheet metal challenged person finally got the front panel 
cut out right for my 90831 modulator. Meter fits perfect in center, holes are 
cut right center to center for shafts and etc.

Don, I think it was you that sent me info some time back on building up the 
top and bottom covers, which I assume, attach to the front panel as well to 
hold the front panel secure.

unfortunatly, I have had a HD crash since and lost that saved email. If you 
could forward that info to me again I would surely appreciate it.
