[JMS] Millen 90800 exciter - Free to JMS Ham who will use it

I am looking for a GOOD HOME for my Millen 90800 exciter.  The person 
who adopts it will have to guarantee that it is treated lovingly, 
restored to operating condition, and put on the air at least several 
times a year.  I will give it away to the JMS member who writes me the 
most convincing note telling me how he plans to take care of it and what 
he intends to do with it.  I will give priority to a person who will 
come to my home in Manhasset, New York, to pick it up personally. You
