[JMS] Millen "mirror" site

Excellent start Bob.  I noticed the difference immediately when seeing 
how fast the pdf files load into Acrobat.

Thanks so much for taking on this momentous task of updating and 
modernizing the JMS site.  Including providing us with a new HIGH speed 
home!

When all is completed on Bob's side the current qsl.net location will 
redirect users to Bob's server automatically.  Hopefully from the 
outside world it will be transparent, except for the new look and feel.

On behalf of the JMS I want to extend my sincere appreciation for all 
your hard work Bob.
