[JMS] JMS Membership Levels

I am sure sorry I cannot attend the conference! It sounds like there will 
be some very informative and interesting exchanges! Don is right on the 
money - in any organization only a few do the "work." The trick is to 
minimize the work required (because the percentage of those doing work will 
never change - hi) and at the same time maintain enough activity for 
members to remain active.

BTW, notice how much the activity on the reflector has increased just 
because of this topic? That's good.
