Actually, they can be had. I believe Ralph at James Millen Electronics 
still has a few of the modulators minus the front panels and possibly a 
few other parts available for sale. Don Buska, N9OO bought one from him 
and did a beatiful job in recreating a front panel for it. Take a look 
at the photo of his Millen rack in the membership roster area and you'll 
see what a fantastic job he did on it! I'm sure Don will be more than 
happy to tell you what he had to go through to get his modulator up and
