[JMS] Millen stuff

Hi Don,
It's good to hear from you. I'll check on the supply when I get home
this afternoon. The pictures are a bit low resolution and I hope to
correct this as well. I am not getting totally out of Millen gear as I
will use a Millen exciter to drive my AM transmitter and also a
monitor scope.
