Juat three weeks to go and the Indiana QSO Party activity map is slowly filling up (http://hdxcc.org/inqp/activity.php) but there's room for dozens more Indiana calls.

Where's your call? What's your excuse for not being on the map?

I know... I know... This Covid thing has got us all in lockdown, meaning we may have to stay at home on May 2. (unless the governor lifts the lockdown... odds of that are ?????? And it's hard to argue that going mobile is essential travel if the lockdown stays)

BUT... (and this is good) there's a lot more QSO Party activity this year due to the new State QSO Party Challenge (http://stateqsoparty.com).... meaning that hundreds of other hams will be looking for Indiana on May 2. They get points for being in INQP and working as many stations as they can. And hopefully they will submit logs to help N9LF with scoring... as we all should do.

It's your chance to fill your station log, maybe finish Worked All States .... and there's a number of DX stations in the SQP challenge as well.... even modest QRP stations will be in demand. So get to work on fixing winter's damage to those antennas and find a logging program (like N1MM+) that will work for all four QSO parties that will be active on May 2.

Tim K9WX (timk9wx at gmail.com) keeps the activity map up to date, so why not give him an idea of your plans ??? (I may be confined to Montana, but I plan to remotely activate rare Marion county Indiana).... the more Hoosier stations we can get on, the more fun everyone will have. Let's not let Covid win.
