Good Monday morning at 10:12a.m est from N.W. Indiana. Am at this time 
listening to activity about Harvey on 7290 traffic net which is not a 
Harvey net, but a regular traffic net that will support Harvey as 
needed. 73 from Bill WD8ARZ - using a Carolina off center feed antenna 
that is 265' long horizontally - purchased through 
http://www.radioworks.com/ who is retiring, but you can get info for 
building your own there.
