Adults plus children 12 years and older five dollars ($5), children under 12 FREE. All tickets sold and placed in the "cage" are eligable for hourly door prizes and the $250 Hoosier Hills Hamfest Grand Prize.

>>Vendors & Inside Flea Market
Exhibitors inside the main building, will be supplied 1 table for each 10 ft x 10 ft space and the price is just $10 per space (Plus admission) and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Discounts available for quantity space rental. Flea Market spaces are $5 each and do not include a table. Spaces can be reserved in advance by contacting the club's hamfest contact person, W.W. - KB9TMP. Power is available, but you will need to supply your own extension cords. 
>>Outdoor Flea Market (Tailgate)
Flea Market (Tailgate) sellers are encouraged to come inside the main building for protection from the weather. If you choose to stay outside the fee is $5 for up to 20 ft of space on the blacktop tailgate area. The fee will be collected in addition to the admission price.  Driving "tent" stakes into the blacktop is not allowed for any reason. (4H Fairgound rules) 
>>Set-Up For Vendors & Flea Market (Tailgate)
A drawing of the main building exhibit hall and map of the fairgrounds is available below. Vendors and those tailgate flea market, will have access to the fairgrounds Saturday morning at 6am for setup.
>>All entry & vendor/tailgate fees will be collected at the gate. 
>>Camping
Those who are camping overnight will need to make arrangements with the Lawrence County 4H Fairgrounds at the time you set up. The fairgrounds caretaker lives onsite on the south west corner of the blacktop parking lot. The HHHC does not charge for your camping and receives no proceeds from the camping fees charged. The Lawrence County 4H Fairground charges $20 overnight with electricity and water hookup. Primitave (no water or electricity) is $10 overnight. Showers and restrooms are available for both styles of camping. 
>>VE Testing
ARRL VE testing will be offered to those interested. Test registration will begin at 10am local time and testing will begin at 11am. Test fee is $15 and you will need a copy of your current license if upgrading and "PHOTO" ID. "It would be helpful to have a copy of your ID on the same paper as the license copy."
