ARRL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS – The Indianapolis Amateur Radio Assoc., operator of the Indy Hamfest, sponsors a $1000 scholarship. Amateurs living in Indiana will have preference. 
Applications for the 2014 scholarship process must be received at the ARRL Foundation by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on January 31, 2014. Transcripts must be received by February 14, 2014. Scholarship recipients are typically notified in mid-May by USPS mail and email.
