Judging from all the activity I hear on the 443 repeater, it's mini-marathon 
day in Indy. And that means it's also Derby Day and.... most of all, Indiana 
QSO Party day! If you are planning a big effort today, thank you!

If you were planning something else, think about maybe going indoors today 
for a break from yard work or shopping or golf, and please turn on the rig. 
Listen on 40 or 80 CW and SSB.  There are 18 rover, portables and mobiles 
who have been preparing for days, if not weeks, to put some of the less 
populated Indiana counties on the air. And there are home and club stations 
planning real efforts to make Indiana heard. You might also hear stations 
from 7 land, who have their own QSO party going. Work them, too, if you have 
time.  And later, there will be stations on from the New England QSO party. 
Work a couple of them for the heck of it.

And if you work even ONE Indiana station today, please please please turn in 
a log.
