[InHam] Amateur Radio Plates

I read all that, but I am still unclear as to what changes Duane is 
wanting to see on the license plate.  Other than a callsign, what is he 
wanting to see on the plate?  I guess I also don't understand what 
changing the plate format has to do with the IDHS and its relationship 
with Indiana radio amateurs.

Is there a website setup where I can do some further reading on this?
