Hi Paul, 
Ok. So it will be a challenging test of my skill & a test of my receivers/antennas.
 
Then I think that I ought to practice tuning that station in during the nights between now & the test.

I should point out that this station is in the so-called "graveyard" 
portion of the AM broadcast band, where many of the country's Class B and C 
nighttime stations are located, so it might be a difficult catch.  So if 
you do catch it and receive a verie latter in the return mail, you've got a bit 
of an achievement!

          Upcoming broadcast-band DX test... information from the National 
          Radio Club.
           
           
          The following DX test is scheduled for Saturday, March 19:
           
          WYTH-AM, 1250 kHz, in Madison, Georgia, will test on Saturday, 
          March 19 between 0200 and 0300 EDT.  Power will be 1 kW.  
          Test will include Morse Code ID's, voice ID's, special music and sweep 
          tones.
           
          Electronic reception reports may be sent to starstation at bellsouth.net, 
          which will be acknowledged with an eQSL.  Snail mail reports may 
          be sent to WYTH Radio, Attn: DX Test, PO Box 3965, Eatonton, GA, 
          31024-3965, which will be acknowledged with a traditional QSL 
          card.  During the test, phone calls will also be accepted at 
          706-485-8792.
           
          Thanks to Jim Pogue for arranging, and to WYTH Chief Engineer 
          Craig Baker, for making this test possible.
