Bad idea. It would only prove to those in Congress that we are a 
bunch of wackos. Let's be professional and gentlemanly about this. 
Letters from thousands of constituents will carry much more weight 
than hundreds of radiograms from a few nut cases.

Remember, we walk a fine line in this situation. Blanket opposition 
to HR 607 will be seen as opposition to Public Safety. We have to 
carefully explain our case and stress that we support Public Safety, 
but don't support using the 420-440 MHz band, where we are secondary 
users, as part of a spectrum swap.
