Fellow ARRL Members:

As in the last nine years, I will be attending the 2010 Fort Wayne
Hamfest & ARRL Indiana State Convention this coming Saturday, November
13th.   There will be an ARRL Forum at 10:00 AM.  This is your chance
to ask questions about the latest FCC rulings and  ARRL programs and
activities including those by your board of directors.  

I will be assisted by ARRL [FCC] Regulatory Specialist Dan Henderson, N1ND,
Central Division Director Kermit Carlson, W9XA, and 
Indiana Section Manager John Poindexter, W3ML.  

If we don't have the answers, we will put you in contact with 
the person or person's who have them.

This is the only time each year that you will have face-to-face access
with all of us at the same time.  The meeting rooms at the Allen County
War Memorial Coliseum are currently the best in the Central Division. 

All hamfest activities are inside this one large building.  

We are looking forward to seeing many of you this coming weekend.
