  NOTICE:
  The Clinton County Amateur Radio Club testing team will hold tests
  for Amateur Radio License this Saturday the 23rd of Jan. at the Frankfort
  Community Library between the hours of 9:00 A.M and 11:00 A.M.

  All interested in obtaining an Amateur License or upgrade their current
  license are welcome.  Walk--ins are accepted.

  The current cost is $15.00
