Rules for the 2010 Indiana QSO Party are now online at www.hdxcc.org/inqp.

Highlights:
- Added a new ROVER class for multi-location stations (portables or mobiles at 2 or more sites using bigger antennas than mobiles can legally use.). There will be a plaque for Rover class as well as plaques for top fixed, mobile, portable, and club. If enough W1 and W7 logs from their own QSO parties, we'll have plaques for them as well (to encourage cross-QSO Party participation).
- Changed the suggested calling frequencies on phone to use the new phone band allocations and minimize QRM.
- Suggested a CW window for mobiles to call CQ (so you know where to look for new Indiana multipliers). Deleted "try CW on the hour" as some mobiles may be 100% CW.

- No certificate for working all the 1x1 calls. We will no longer coordinate the 1x1s. If you want to use a 1x1 for INQP (N9I, N9N, N9Q, N9P) you should request it thru ARRL. First come first served.
- Some minor clarifications

Not much else has changed.

HOWEVER, we added an option to the Worked All Indiana - WAI - Award. You may gather QSL cards for the award as before... OR... you may list INQP QSOs (with relevant information) and we will check the other guys' logs for confirmation. Or a combination of QSL cards and INQP QSOs.
The web page at www.hdxcc.org/wai still must be updated to reflect this change.

LAST - A number of clubs have requested the Powerpoint presentation for INQP (with mention of the WAI Award)..... It's available with speaker notes, so if you'd like to use it for a club meeting program, please contact kj9c at iquest.net before Feb 15.

INQP is growing quickly in activity and logs .... let's get our friends and clubs on the air Saturday MAY 1, 2010 to make this one bigger than ever. It would be great to have fixed and portable stations on the air from all 92 counties .... See you then?
