[InHam] ARRL Central Div 09 Elections for Vice Director

Hi, I recieved a ballot in the mail the other day for ARRL Central Division Vice Director. 
The 2 canidates are Kermit Carlson W9XA & Howard Huntington K9KM. 
I don't know enough about either gentleman to make an informed decision as to whom to vote for. 
I want to know which canidate will do the most good for the central division if he is elected. 
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
