Hello, 
 Time for the semi-annual IRCC organizational meeting.  You are being contacted as a representative for your club or organization. 

At the top of the agenda is planning for 2009 Technical Excellence Awards and for the fall the 2009 Outstanding Amateur of the Year Award. 

The meeting will be held Saturday April 4th at 2PM.  The meeting place is at the Avon/Washington Township Library (Located on the West side of State Road 267, 1/2 mile North of US 36). 

We will meet in the basement of the library.  If you plan to eat lunch do so before the meeting.  The library does not allow food or drink.  We're playing this one by the book, so to speak.  

We hope to see you or a representative at the meeting.
