QIN UPDATE FOR FIELD DAY - PLEASE READ

Indiana Stations participating in field day should note that bonus
points 7.3.5 Message Origination to Section Manager and 7.3.6 Message
handling is a part of field day that is good practice in getting a
message out in a field/remote type operation.

Note that because of the expected business around the normal QIN
frequency 3.535 we will be moving the Sat 0000Z 8:00pm EDT and Sunday
1330Z 9:30AM EDT sessions to on or around 3.600. This is in the Extra
only portion of the band, but the hope is to find a clear frequency to
operate the net. Most of the normal QIN operators are extra class and
most of the clubs will be using extra class calls so I don't see that
this will cause a lot of problems.
