The senate bill was modified and is no longer a danger to hams in
Indiana. I would like to thank those that wrote to their legislators. 

With the modification there is no more worry from the Senate side. We
are almost sure that the House will accept it as written and not cause
us any worry.

I also would to thank those who emailed me, especially  the lawyers for
their help in providing a legal opinion on this bill.  It is nice to
know that we can work together to fight for our rights.

Of course we need to thank David Spoelstra, N9KT for his hard work as
State Government Liaison and keeping on top of all the bills being
presented.
