-------------For the Hams up North around Crown Point  --------------

Well it Has always been a Family tradition that My Children always
knew Dad was going to The LCARC Crown Point Hamfest before anything
else, On Fathers Day And as My Grandchildren (14) Plus 1 Great gets
older I would take one of them, then go down to the Lake and Fish for
a Few hours, I have always found some great deals at good prices, I
think in going to Hamfest for over 3o yrs the Smaller ones are
sometimes Best because most of the hams are local and Know each other
and They try and sell working Equipment , Not like the big Hamfest
Dayton , Where some feel they will never Hear or see You again

 a Date Change for the LCARC
Hamfest which will not Be on Fathers Day this year, But on 0ct 8 ,
and They hope to return to the Fathers Day date next year . If
anyone gets a Chance Please Attend and Support our Local fellow Hams
and get to Meet and Talk to Each other. Also let them know about our
Little 224.740 repeater Covering all of Lake County and Beyond and
Everyone is Welcome
