Radio Operators Needed for the HOOSIER 200 Relay July 15 & 16
This event is a great opportunity to practice critical emergency service
skills and showcase amateur radio.
ARES, RACES and Ham Radio clubs from Evansville to Bloomington are
coordinating efforts for Net control using linked VHF and UHF repeater
systems covering the entire route of the race. The race covers Vanderburgh,
Warrick, Dubois, Orange, Lawrence and Monroe County with NCS starting in
Evansville and later rotating to Springs Valley and finally Lake Monroe in
Bloomington as the race progresses.

We have a dire need for operators along the entire route and critically in
Dubois and Orange counties.

If your Club or Group would like to assist with a section or individual
operators wanting to assist at one of the 36 exchange points contact:

Brian Esche WB9QVR, Warrick Co RACES Officer wb9qvr @ arrl . net
Carl Zager KB9RVB, Monroe County EMA RO and ARES EC kb9rvb @ arrl . net
