ATTENTION

Immediately as of this date, December 8, 2006, we will move the Indiana 
Section CW Traffic Net, QIN to a new frequency of 3535 kHz, plus or minus 
QRM, and change the time our early session of cycle 4 to meet at 0000z 
instead of previous 3565 kHz at 0000z/0100z which may have conflicted with 
other nets and thus now, hopefully improve the band conditions for our net.

Also, we will schedule the 1430z, QIN session from the previous 3565 kHz to 
the new frequency of 3535 kHz
