[InHam] 40 foot tower available

I have a Rohn 40 foot BX style tower that is available for the taking if 
someone wants to take it down. This is the stamped-style tower, not the 
type with round, tubular legs. It is the heavy duty model, rated for 18 
square feet of wind load. There is a 432 beam atop the tower that I would 
like to keep. My house is for sale, and once I have an offer I will not be 
taking the tower down unless the new owners specifically don't want it. I
