[InHam] Cinergy threatens to start BPL in Ohio and Indiana soon.

Mike what you say is true BUT...if the Cinergy implementation of BPL
internet access is spewing forth spurious emissions in to otherwise
allocated frequency, then the operation is in violation of FCC rules.

To make our complaints heard, if there ARE any, we'll need to document,
document, document.
