FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Governor Joseph E. Kernan has proclaimed the week of June 20-27, 2004 as
Amateur Radio Week in the State of Indiana. Clubs may use any or all of
the text of the proclamation that follows as part of their Field Day
news releases. Remember, FD media hits are worth 100 bonus points and
are one more way to attract attention to your operation.
If anyone is having problems writing a release for field day, hit the
following link and use the League's sample and rewrite as needed for
your situation.

Time is of the essence. This proclamation was just received today,
meaning we have until Saturday to get it in the news. The hard copy of
the proclamation will be forwarded to the Section Manager, hopefully in
time for Field Day.
