The Starke County Amateur Radio Club met on August 28th for the first =
time in seven years.

KA4HWX made a mailing to every Ham living in Starke County in hopes of =
re-activating the club.  And, it worked.  Eight members showed up, with =
another eight having met with John, KA4HWX the previous weekend at a =
breakfast get together because they were going to be out of town.

It was agreed that a meeting would take place the fourth Thursday of =
each month, providing the room at the library would be available.  As =
luck would have it, September's meeting will take place on the 23rd, a =
Tuesday.

Any one interested may attend. The meeting will be September 23rd at =
7:00 pm at the Library in Knox IN.
