[InHam] 146.850 in Terre Haute

On Saturday, July 5th, the K9IKQ 146.850MHz repeater in Terre
Haute will change frequency. The new frequency will be 146.685MHz.
We will continue to use 151.4Hz sub-audible tone for access. We are
vacating the old frequency to resolve a coordination problem. The
sub-audible tone did not get published in the new edition of the repeater
directory,  but thanks to the efforts of N9WB, both frequencies are listed.
