As we all know by now, SB 109 has been passed by the state senate and has
been moved to the house as of 02/20/2003.

We all need to write to our individual state rep, and impress upon them the
fact they need to get behind this piece of legislation.

You might mention this bill has absolutely ZERO financial impact on the
state.  Right now that would probably be seen as a very good thing.

You might also mention that Indiana Radio Amateurs buy their own equipment
and operate in public service with no expectation of reimbursement or
payment.

In my letter I also mentioned the fact this bill does offer some protection
for historical buildings and/or architectural districts that have been
created under local, state, or federal law.
