Dear Amateur Radio Enthusiasts:

Senator Antich will be calling Senate Bill 109 for third reading on
Thursday, Feb. 20th. Session normally convenes at 1:30 pm, but session will
be delayed Thursday until 2:00 pm.

The Senate will have the opportunity to debate the merits of the bill before
casting a vote to pass or defeat the final draft. If SB 109 receives a
majority vote it will pass to the House of Representatives for
consideration.

We deeply appreciate all the effort that Ham operators have put into passing
this bill and would like to invited you to come to the Statehouse to witness
the debate.  If you are unable to travel to Indianapolis for the debate you
