[InHam] SB 109 IS GOING TO THE GOVERNOR'S DESK!

Today, April 17, the Indiana Senate passed SB 109 in its modified form
by a vote of 39-9 in favor.  The bill now goes to the Governor's Desk for
his signature.  Upon signing, the Amateur Radio Antenna Regulation bill
will incorporate the essence of PRB-1 into the Indiana Statutes on July 1,
2003.

My deepest thanks to everyone who took the time to write, e-mail, and
call their Indiana Senators and Representatives about supporting this
bill.
